2022 - a slow year for photography

Symmetry at the end of the peninsula. Brendon Bosworth. 2022.

2022 has been a slow year for me, photography wise. I’ve been caught up with my work as a communications specialist. And just haven’t been devoting as much time as I once did to photography.

That’s changed a bit in the last few weeks. I’ve been out and about scouting for surf and taking photos in between. I’m shooting with my phone mainly, and am continually impressed by the results.

Making time for photography has got me excited about shooting more in 2023. I’m also looking forward to producing some more large prints.

Anyway…The two images here are some of my favourites from December. Both shot on my phone while searching for waves around the Cape Peninsula.

A fresh swell arriving from the west. Brendon Bosworth. 2022.
